Lesson Cancelation Policy

If a student cancels a lesson, it is unlikely that I will be able to fill that time slot, and I lose an entire hour from my work schedule. Since my lessons are entirely one-on-one, and I have no other staff, my earnings potential is limited only to the hours of a regular work week.

Therefore, since my offerings are correlative and occur both indoors and outdoors, lessons are rain or shine. In the event of rain, which would make lessons outside impossible, I will work with students individually, and virtually, in the areas of mental toughness, performance coaching, Zen instruction, and life coaching.

Policy on Cancellations:

I currently do not offer cancellations for a refund.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment time, it will be treated as a late cancellation.

The only time I will waive my session fee and allow cancellations is in the event of serious injury or contagious illness. If you are unsure, please contact me for further guidance.
