THE TENNIS PACKAGE RULES

Welcome to Scott's Tennis Coaching!

To ensure that all our students receive the best possible experience and progress effectively in their tennis journey, I have established a clear set of rules for our lesson packages. Please read these rules carefully before committing to a package.

1. Payment Policies

  • Upfront Payment: All lesson packages must be paid for in full before the first lesson. This helps secure your spot and ensures a commitment to the training schedule.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: I accept payments via Venmo (Venmo Name: @Scott-Felluss)

2. Scheduling

  • Consistent Scheduling: Lessons are generally scheduled for consecutive weeks at the same time. This consistency is crucial for steady progress and optimal learning.

  • Booking in Advance: Students are responsible for booking their court time and notifying the coach of the schedule.

  • Cancellation and Rescheduling:

    • 24-Hour Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the lesson being forfeited.

    • Make-Up Lessons: Make-up lessons are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

3. Attendance and Punctuality

  • Timeliness: Please arrive on time for your lessons. Late arrivals may result in a shortened lesson.

  • No-Shows: If you do not show up for a lesson without prior notice, the lesson will be considered forfeited.

4. Communication

  • Contact Information: Ensure that I have your current contact information on file. Timely communication is essential for smooth scheduling and updates.

  • Confirmation: Confirm your lesson schedule in advance to avoid any misunderstandings or last-minute changes.

5. Commitment to Progress

  • Regular Attendance: Consistent attendance is key to your improvement. Committing to regular lessons will help you achieve your tennis goals more effectively.

  • Feedback and Adjustments: I value your feedback. If you have any concerns or suggestions, please communicate them early so we can make necessary adjustments.

6. Health and Safety

  • Readiness to Play: Ensure you are physically ready for each lesson. Inform me of any injuries or health concerns that may affect your performance.

  • Safety First: Follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the coach to prevent injuries and ensure a safe learning environment.
